What we collect
- Your name, WhatsApp number and, if you add it, your email
- Your venue name, city and Instagram username
- The photos, clips, logo, menu and notes you send us
- Your plan, its dates, and when you agreed to our Terms (and which version)
- If you ask for your score on WhatsApp: your number and your OK to message you
- Basic technical records needed to keep the service safe, such as sign-in times
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember where you are in sign-up. Your phone also remembers your language. No advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To check your brand and make, check and post your content
- To message you on WhatsApp about your posts, your account and payment links
- To sign you in and keep your account safe

What we never do
We never sell your details, and we don't share them with advertisers. We never ask for your Instagram password. The services that run our app and store files process your details for us, only to run Contentplate.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. If you cancel or ask us to delete your details, we remove them. Content that is already published stays up, as our Terms explain, and you can ask us to take down specific items at any time.

كم نحتفظ بها
ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. إذا ألغيت أو طلبت حذف بياناتك، نحذفها. يبقى المحتوى المنشور كما توضّح الشروط، ويمكنك أن تطلب إزالة مواد محددة في أي وقت.
