    The Terms, in short

    1. Monthly plan at pilot pricing. Cancel anytime from your account or on WhatsApp.
    4. Content: You own your posts and can use them anywhere, forever. You give Contentplate a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show your content in our food discovery app and website, and to use what's in it (dishes, prices, ambience) as data for our platform and AI answers. Published posts stay after you cancel; you can ask us to take down specific items. Full Terms (draft)
    5. Creator footage is licensed to both you and Contentplate. The creator agrees to this before any visit.
    6. We use your footage to improve Contentplate's own service. Anything beyond that, such as licensing data to third parties or training models for others, needs your separate consent.
    7. We send every post on WhatsApp first. Reply OK or ask for changes. No reply in 24 hours? We post it on schedule.
    8. Bookings, complaints and anything sensitive go to you. We never post prices, offers or anything that costs you money without your OK.
    9. We never ask for your Instagram password. You can remove our access anytime.
